Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud; if that happens after you've paid, you'll get a full refund. We may change prices or products at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.

Products

We try to show colors and prints accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen than in person. Garment-dyed shirts naturally vary a little from one to the next.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Designs and content

All designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Bon Temps Co You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Bon Temps Co is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any university, team or league.

Using the site

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, try to break or disrupt it, or misuse other people's information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
