Refund policy

Every Bon Temps Co shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check your size before you order. Comfort Colors 1717 tees have a relaxed fit, so size down if you like a fitted look.

Misprints, damage or the wrong item

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at orders@bontempsco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send the shirt back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order stalled or it never arrived, email us and we'll work with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship it at no cost. Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout can't be reshipped for free, so please double-check your address.

Cancellations and changes

Need to cancel or change your order? Email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your shirt may already be in production and we can't change it.
